Introduction - Ukraine Conflict Monitor
This is Ukraine Conflict Monitor (UCM), a newsletter published by Rochan Consulting about the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
We initially set up the UCM to fill a gap in high-quality OSINT reporting on Russian military preparations, the movement of troops, the order of battle, and everything that pertained to preparations to attack Ukraine. Indeed, from late November 2022, our baseline scenario was that Russia would invade Ukraine. Throughout the build-up phase, we tracked Russian troop deployments and assessed the probability of an attack.
This Substack provides a weekly, in-depth and up-to-date analysis of the ongoing war in Ukraine, delivering four very detailed reports (30 pages each) to subscribers for just USD 6.14 per month.
This information is valuable for anyone interested in staying informed about the conflict and its impact on the region and beyond.
